BAYDA, Aug. 18 (YPA) – The Yemeni army concluded on Tuesday a new agreement with Yakla tribes of Bayda province, after expelling the terrorist organizations, according to sources.
The sources affirmed the army forces agreed to withdraw from the Yakla area of Rada’a district, and hand it over to the tribesmen of the district after the tribes’ pledge to protect their areas and reject the presence of terrorist elements and coalition forces.
The sources also confirmed that the Yakla tribes welcomed the Yemeni army forces to secure and defend their areas of Al-Qaeda and ISIS elements who had wreaked havoc and disturbed security of citizens for several years.
