Islah militia launch violent attacks on tribes in Marib

MARIB, Aug 17 (YPA) – The Islah militia on Sunday evening launched violent attacks on the tribes of Wadi Ubaida in Marib province, using heavy weapons and Katyusha rockets.
Local sources told Yemen Press Agency that the Islah militia attacked Aal-Hateik tribes in the Wadi district.
The sources pointed out that the tribes of AalHateik were forced to respond, after the militia bombed the tribes’ villages after announcing that they cut off the roads as a result of the Marib Brotherhood authorities ignoring the crime that the Sabayyan family was exposed to, and the accompanying operations.
The sources confirmed that the Aal-Hatik pledged to continue fighting against the Islah militia in Marib until revenge for the blood of the Aal-Sabayyan from the killers.
The sources revealed that there were deaths and injuries among the Islah’s militia, after they were surprised by Aal-Hatik.
The tribes of Aal-Hatik had earlier given the Hadi forces and the local Islah’s authorities in Marib the deadline to investigate the crime of the Sabayyan family and bring the perpetrators to justice, vowing to avenge it.-
