Three killed, two wounded in roadside bomb explosion in Tiaz

TAIZ, Aug. 12 (YPA) –  At least three soldiers were killed and two others were wounded in a roadside bomb explosion in Taiz province, southwestern Yemen, local sources said on Wednesday.

According to the sources, a roadside bomb exploded and targeted a military pickup vehicle belonging to the 5th Brigade presidential guard in the coalition-backed government  as it was passing near the al-Qoba Market in the center of Taiz.

The city of Taiz has been witnessing an unprecedented state of chaos and security deterioration amid conflicts between mercenaries and agents affiliated with the Islah Party.
