Army inflicts coalition heavy casualties in Bayda

BAYDA, Aug. 11 (YPA) – The Yemeni army inflicted on Tuesday the Saudi-led aggression coalition forces heavy casualties in an attack in Bayda province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official affirmed units of the army forces launched a surprise attack on the positions of the coalition and its mercenaries in al-Zahir district.

Earlier in the day, the coalition fighter jets carried out a series of air strikes on the same province, the official added.
