SANAA, Aug. 10 (YPA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hisham Sharaf Abdullah, sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to the Chadian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mahamat Zene Cherif, on the occasion of Chad’s national day.
