SANAA, Aug 10 (YPA) – The Yemeni Oil Company revealed that the Saudi-led aggression coalition continued to detain 18 ships including 4 ships loaded with Mazut and gas, and 14 ships loaded with gasoline and diesel.
In a press conference on Monday, the Company said the total fines resulting from the seizure of oil derivative ships during the period from 2019 to July 2020 are estimated at $ 101 million.
The Company added that the United Nations’ continuing to ignore the human suffering of Yemen was a result of its move away from its founding charters.
The company hold the United Nations responsible for full partnership with the countries of aggression in the violations resulting from the persistence of maritime piracy and the practice of collective punishment.
Yemen Oil Company commend the level of awareness and tangible cooperation by citizens and their commitment to the rationing guidelines.
The Company renewed its call to all free people of the world to put pressure on the forces of aggression and the United Nations to release all detained ships.
