President directs improving services aspect in capital Sanaa

SANAA, May 14 (YPA) – President Mahdi al-Mashat on Monday stressed the need to improve the service aspect in the capital Sanaa in order to alleviate the suffering of citizens due to the conditions left by the aggression war and siege.

During his meeting with Governor of the capital Sanaa Hamoud Obad, the president ordered repairing of the electrical plants that were supplying electricity to the capital, and providing necessary needs to the citizens, including the domestic gas and cleanliness.

The president emphasized the importance of placing a traffic plan to reduce congestion, as well as paying attention to the security aspect.

The meeting touched on the difficulties faced by the leadership of the capital because of the continuation of the siege imposed by the aggression coalition and its disastrous effects on various levels, as well as the deliberate targeting of projects and infrastructure in the capital.
