Saudi Arabia removes commander of coalition’s troops in Aden from his post

ADEN, Aug. 8 (YPA) – Saudi Arabia removed its mercenaries’ commander in Aden province from his post, political sources told Yemen Press Agency.

Activists loyal to southern transitional council militias said on social media that Saudi Arabia changed the commander of coalition’s troops, Mujahid al-Otaibi.

According to the activists, the reason for the overthrow of the Saudi leader Al-Otaibi, due to the continuing peaceful protests of the soldiers from the southern governorates, in front of the coalition headquarters in Aden.

They stressed that the leader Al-Otaibi left the city of Aden during the past two days, without official confirmations until the moment.
