Assassin surrenders to security forces in Taiz

TAIZ, Aug. 2 (YPA) – An 35-year old assassin surrendered himself to the security forces on Sunday in Mawaih district of Taiz province, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official affirmed that the man was accused of killing Abd al-Rab Hassan Mohammad al-Sayyid – 40 years old in the district.

The official added that the accused surrendered himself immediately after opening fire and killed al-Sayyid, due to a dispute over an automatic weapon.
