Hadi’s forces capture ambulance for STC in Abyan

ABYAN, July 26 (YPA) – Hadi’s forces, based in Abyan, southern Yemen, on Sunday captured an ambulance belonging to the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council(STC)’s  militias  carrying wounded, local sources said on Sunday.

According to the sources, an ambulance belonging to the 14th Brigade loyal to the STC  was passing through the Sheikh Salem area with four wounded members of the STC’s militias  on board  was intercepted by the Islah militants  and take them to one of their camps in Shuqrah city.

This comes as clashes between the two sides continue despite the proliferation of Saudi monitoring committees.

Abyan has been the scene of ongoing clashes between the two sides despite saudi-sponsored negotiations in Riyadh, where the two sides are ceding the south’s share of the new government.
