General Stephen Toumajan is behind the massacre of African refugees in Hodeida port

SANAA, May 13 (YPA) – A United Nations investigation commission  into the massacre of African refugees in the port of Hodeidah, which killed and wounded more than 70  people aboard a boat in mid-March 2017, found that Major-General Stephen Toumajan is behind this massacre.

According to the UAE National Center for Search and Rescue website related to the UAE national council confirmed that “”His Excellency Chief of Staff Stephen Toumajan ,” is the perpetrator of the massacre against  Africans in Yemen, and it was based on a purely Emirati decision.

The coalition forces had accused the “Houthi” of perpetrating the massacre, but the UN Commission of Inquiry asserted that the “Houthi” did not have helicopters equipped with a machine gun like the one used in the massacre.

The only forces possessed this type of weapons is the UAE forces and its militias, UN investigation committee added.

The human Rights and United Nations Organizations accused the American “Stephen Toumajan and the Australian Mike Hindmarsh mercenaries of committing war crimes against civilians in Yemen through their leadership of the Emirates Army with other” mercenary “fighters.

The human rights organization also accused the Australian General mercenary, Mike Hindmarsh of committing many war crimes such as carrying out brutal tactics against civilians, including indiscriminate bombing  and roadblocks to prevent food and aid to reach the  Yemeni civilians.
