Coalition’s fighter jets wage 23 air strikes on Yemen, leave casualties

SANAA, July 15 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition’s fighter jets launched on Wednesday 23 air strikes on several areas in various Yemeni provinces, leaving casualties and heavy losses to citizens’ properties, security sources told Yemen Press Agency.

In Jawf, the warplanes waged five strikes on al-Aqshaa area of al-Hazm district and targeted a wedding ceremony of women in al-Masaaifa area of the same district with one raid, killing over 31 people, most of them women and children.

In Hajjah, the aircrafts launched three raids on separate areas in Haradh and Hairan districts, and attacked Majz district of Marib province three times.

Al-Boqaa area of Najran border province also was targeted by ten air strikes.

On Tuesday, the coalition’s fighter jets waged 16 air raids on Majzar and Madghal districts in Marib province and another strike on Khub Washaaf district of Jawf province.
