Bahah launches verbal attack on Hadi, Saudi Arabia

SANAA, July 14 (YPA) – Hadi’s former prime minister Khaled Bahah on Tuesday launched a verbal attack on Hadi in conjunction with his government’s rejection of UN proposals for a comprehensive solution in Yemen.

On Facebook Page, Khaled Bahah reviewed the turning points of Hadi’s life in which he causes the failure of negotiations since 2016, most notably the negotiations in Kuwait, where the Yemeni parties were close to reaching an agreement to nominate a consensus figure to lead the country, but Hadi retained it by appointing Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar as his deputy to succeed Bahah in an attempt to abort what has been achieved as Mohsen is being rejected in north and south .

The former prime minister considered Hadi’s refusal to implement the Riyadh agreement an attempt of Hadi’s efforts to prevent any agreement in order to continue in power

Bahah pointed out that Hadi’s lack of charisma, vision, firmness and management was the only reason the former president appointed him as his deputy because he did not pose a threat to him.

He questioned Hadi’s legitimacy because he climbed on the ruins of a popular uprising.

Moreover, Bahah accused Hadi of bypassing the transition process by imposing the federal state project, which sparked the first war in Yemen.

He called on the international community to abandon Hadi as he became a “threat to peace”, a means of providing legal cover for the Saudi-led war in exchange for allowing him to use the government’s interests and corruption.
