Armed ambush targets Islah militias in Abyan

ABYAN, July 13 (YPA) – The southern transitional militias were able on Monday to carry out an ambush for military pick-up vehicles belonging to Islah party’s militiamen in Abyan province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The UAE-backed southern militants targeted three military pick-up vehicles of Islah militias in an ambush in Dhaiqa area of al-Mahfad district.

The sources confirmed that the ambush resulted in the death of several militants of Islah and all pick-up vehicles were damaged.
