Pro-coalition commander injured in Taiz

TAIZ, July 11 (YPA) – A commander with three bodyguards loyal to the Saudi-led aggression coalition were injured on Saturday in an attack in Al-Turbah city of Taiz province, sources said.

The sources affirmed that that Marwan Al-Barah, the commander of the pro-35 armored brigade, was attacked by the Saudi-backed Islah militants near the government complex in the city.

According to the sources, the Islah militants stormed on late Friday villages and highlands of Bani Shaybah al-Sharq and Bani Mohammad, kidnapping many citizens who prevented the militants from stationing near their villages in the West Coast front.

Moreover, Islah Party distributed light and medium weapons to unknown elements during the past two days, in conjunction with the arrival of more than 100 armed men loyal to Tariq Afash forces at the city.
