Army’s spokesman: Targeting civilian boats is major aggression, our forces will response to

SANAA, July 9 (YPA) – The Yemeni army’s spokesman, Yahya Serie confirmed on Thursday that the US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition’s airstrikes on the Salt Company in al-Salif district and targeting the civilians boats is a major aggression and a clear breach of Sweden agreement.

Yahya Serie said that “This attack comes to cover up its crimes through the naval blockade and the disruption of the port of Hodeidah and Al-Salif district.

“Despite the steps that have been presented by the local authorities and the military forces in Hodeidah city, however, the Saudi-led aggression continues to besiege and its daily crimes with continued motives and fabrications”, he added.

The spokesman confirmed that the navy and coastal defense will response to such criminality and escalation, holding the United Nations fully responsible for these continues breaches.
