4 civilians killed, 9 injured in 13 air strikes of coalition on Hodiedah

HODIEDAH, May 12 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition fighter jets waged 13 strikes on several districts of Hodiedah province, killing four citizens and injuring nine others, an official told Yemen Press Agency.

The strikes targeted the districts of al-Salif, al-Faqih al-Jarahi.

Last week, the coalition combat jets waged two strikes on al-Tahriar district of the capital Sanaa, killing six citizens and wounding 90 others.

Last month, the coalition targeted a wedding party in Bani Qais area of Hajj province, killing 35 civilians and injuring 55 others, including 30 children.

The four-year-old war of Saudi-led coalition on Yemen has killed over 10,000 Yemenis, mostly women and children, displaced more than 3 million, according to the United Nations.
