Coalition forces escalate militarily in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, July 6 (YPA) – The Saudi-led aggression coalition and its mercenaries on Monday continued to escalate militarily in Hodeidah in a flagrant of the UN-brokered ceasefire agreement in the province.

According to a security official, the aggression forces carried out several infiltration attempts towards Hays area, which ended in a catastrophic failure at the hands of the army forces and popular committees, who forced the aggression to retreat and flee from the battlefield.

Meanwhile, the official confirmed that the coalition’s Apache helicopters launched a missile attack towards south of Al-Jah area of Beit Al-Faqih district in the same province.

Moreover, the coalition forces carried out an artillery attack on several districts of the province, leaving heavy damage to citizens’ houses and farms.
