Iraqi Health Ministry records 96 deaths, 2140 cases of corona virus

SANAA, June 28 (YPA) – Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment on Sunday announced that 96 deaths and 2140 new cases of Corona virus have been recorded during the past twenty-four hours.

The Ministry examined 10595 models during the past 24 hours in all specialized laboratories, thus the total of the samples examined since the beginning of the disease registration in Iraq were 520948, and in the same period, 1184 cases were cured.

The total number of infections since the emergence of the virus in Iraq reached to 45402 cases, while the deaths amounted to 1756 cases, and the cases of recovery reached 21122.

On Saturday, the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment announced that 101 deaths and 2,069 injuries were recorded.
