Clashes breakout in Taiz rural areas, commander loyal to coalition killed

TAIZ, May 10 (YPA) – A military commander loyal to resigned Hadi on Thursday was killed in clashes that broke out in the rural areas of Taiz province, local sources said.

Gunmen led by Hamdi Al-Sawai assassinated Osam Al-Sabai, who work as officer in 35 armored brigade loyal to Saudi-led coalition and a motorcycle driver on the background of a high tax imposed on a market in Nashamah city.

“Gunmen from the relatives and friends of the Saba’i cut off the main road connecting Taiz city and Nasham area and the other, which connecting Torba area with Nashma, ”
the sources said.

The sources added that citizens at the market still stucked because of these violent clashes.”
