2200 new cases of coronavirus recorded in Iraq

SANAA, June 24 (YPA) – The Iraqi Health Ministry recorded on Wednesday 2200 new cases of coronavirus over the past 24 hours, raising the number of infections to 36702.

The Ministry pointed out that 79 death cases were reported, raising the death toll to 1330.

The Ministry confirmed that the laboratories carried out 11445 tests, thus the total number of samples examined since the beginning of the disease registration is 477433 models.

The Ministry also announced that 1061 new infected persons of Covid-19 have recovered, raising their number to 16814.
