SANAA, May 10 (YPA) – An official source in the Central Organization for Control and Auditing (COCA) on Thursday expressed regret for preventing the organization’s staff from carrying out their duties by Yemeni companies.
The source explained that both of Yemeni Poultry and Kamaran companies refused to let two representatives of COCA get in to conduct their audits.
He confirmed the organization’s keenness to implement its oversight functions in various entities.
Such acts would not discourage the organization leadership from doing its duties and functions, the official added.
He also stressed the need for enhancing the role of the state institutions and improving their performance in order to increase their steadfastness against the Saudi-led coalition and its allies.
