MARIB, June 15 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition fighter jets on Monday stepped up their air raids on Marib province, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.
The official explained that the coalition aircraft targeted Majzar district with 21 airstrikes.
On Sunday, the coalition warplanes waged 34 air raids on Salab and al-Khaniq areas in the same district.
Since the beginning of June, the coalition launched over 350 air raids on Marib in an unprecedented escalation on the province.
