17 Saudi-led airstrikes hit three provinces

PROVINCES, June 12 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes carried out 17 raids on various areas in Sanaa, Marib and Jawf provinces, a security official said on Friday.

The official explained that the warplanes targeted al-Khanaq area in Harib Nihem district of Sanaa, with 13 airstrikes.

He noted that the hostile aircraft carried out three raids on the Masjzer district of Marib, while an airstrike on the Ghail district in Jawf.

Meanwhile, the coalition forces fired over 28 mortar shells targeting areas in al- Faza district, amid flying of spy aircraft over Hodeidah province.
