3 American military aircraft crash within hours

BAGHDAD, June 9 (YPA) – US military aircraft crash accidents escalated within a few hours strangely at various military bases on Tuesday.

Myles Caggins, spokesman for the US-led military international alliance in Iraq, revealed that the crash of a US military C130 plane at Taji Air Force Base is the third incident in the past hours.

In a statement issued at night (Monday – Tuesday), Caggins claimed that the plane crash at Taji Air Force Base occurred as a result of a technical failure, and pointed out that “the plane crossed the runway and crashed into the wall, which led to damage to its structure that caught fire.”

Caggins added that the accident resulted in the injuring of four of 16 people aboard the plane, and they were taken for treatment.

A few hours after the plane crash at the Taji base, a spokesman for the US Air Force base in Utah on Tuesday revealed the crash of the structure of the second American F-35 fighter jet during the landing operation.

Earlier, “Pentagon” announced the crash of a fifth-generation fighter jet of “F-35” type belonging to the US Air Force in Florida, which is the third crash in a year.
