Al-Mortada: Coalition refuses to implement agreement of exchange deal

SANAA, June 4 (YPA) – The head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs, Abdul Qadir al-Mortada, said on Wednesday that the envoy’s office informed us that the aggression party refused to implement what was agreed upon in Amman regarding the exchange deal and set new conditions.
Al-Mortada said in a statement to Al-Thawra newspaper that the forces of aggression stipulated the implementation of the exchange deal in one go, and not in two stages, despite their previous rejection of this proposal.

He added that the aggression forces seek to block the agreement through its conditions, because preparing for the second batch needs an additional two months to be ready.

The head of the Prisoners Committee called on the UN envoy and his team to put pressure on the aggression party to implement what was agreed upon and reveal the obstructive party.

He pointed out that the irresponsible behavior by the aggression forces confirms that they are the obstructive party, as it indicates their contempt for their families, especially with the spread of the Corona epidemic.
