Explosion leaves casualties in Syria’s Afrin region

SANAA, June 2 (YPA) – A powerful explosion on Monday rocked  town of Jandires in Syria’s Afrin region, which is under control of armed factions, Russian Today reported.

Local sources told RT that the explosion was caused by a car bomb, leaving deaths and injuries, but the extent of damage to life and property was not specified.

Jandires is located in the north-western countryside of Aleppo province.
