4.7 magnitude earthquake hits Iran
SANAA, June 1 (YPA) – A 4.7 magnitude earthquake hit the Monday, the outskirts of Kheng, in Fars Province, southern Iran.
According to the “IRNA” agency, the seismological center of the Geophysics Foundation of Tehran University has determined the time of the earthquake at 4:29 minutes and one second from dawn today.
According to the same source, this earthquake occurred at a depth of 2 km from the surface of the earth and at the confluence of northern latitudes 27.80 and eastern length 53.31.
The earthquake caused minor damage to the homes of some villagers.
