Army’s spokesman : Coalition launched 20 attacks, 1586 air strikes over past days

SANAA, May 29 (YPA) – The Yemeni army’s spokesman, Yahya Serie revealed on Friday that US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition’s troops continued their escalation in various fronts over the past days.

He affirmed in a statement that the mercenaries have launched over 120 attacks and over 1586 air strikes since ninth of last April.

The military operations of the Saudi-led aggression were distributed on fronts of Marib, Jawf, Taiz, Dhalea and Bayda provinces, he declared.

Yahya Serie pointed out that the coalition’s fighter jets waged over 286 raids on Marib, Jawf, Bayda, Dhalea and border provinces over the last week.

He confirmed that the army will response to this continued escalation.
