Interior Ministry spokesman announces security plan for Eid al-Fitr

SANAA, May 24 (YPA) – Interior Ministry spokesman Brigadier General Abdul Khaleq al-Ajri on late Saturday announced a special security plan for Eid al-Fitr.

A ministry spokesman said in a press statement that a security plan will be applied from the dawn of the first days of Eid.

The security, military and intelligence units will participate in the plan and will move on the path of safety by closing public parks and places of Eid gatherings.

Brigadier general Abdul Khaleq al-Ajri explained that the ministry “will add and establish 44 new security points in capital Sanaa and an intensive security campaign in the rest of the free provinces.
