Partly cloudy weather with light rains expected for coming 72 hours

SANAA, May 16 (YPA) – The National Meteorological Center expected on Saturday the partly cloudy weather with light rains on several Yemeni provinces for the next 72 hours.

The center affirmed in its weather forecast that sporadic rain would be on parts of the mountainous highlands in provinces of Saada in the north to Taiz and Lahj in the south.

The center pointed out that the weather in the southern and eastern coasts, might be clear to partly cloudy with southern winds to be light to moderate speeds in the governorates of Lahj, Aden, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout and Socotra Island.

It warned the residents of desert and coastal areas, of heat-wave during afternoon.
