2nd case of COVID-19 announced in capital Sanaa

SANAA, May 9 (YPA) – The Ministry of Public Health and Population in the National Salvation Government on Friday announced the registration of the second infection case of Corona virus (COVID-19) in the capital Sanaa.

A statement issued by the Ministry explained that the recorded case is of a citizen coming from Sheikh Othman district of Aden province.

The Ministry indicated that the infected person is receiving the necessary health care in the health isolation center in Kuwait Hospital in the capital Sanaa.

The statement called on all citizens to adhere to the guidelines and precautionary measures to prevent infection, and avoid mixing and crowding in public markets and malls.
