Missile attack targets US forces at Baghdad airport

BAGHDAD, May 7 (YPA) – The American forces, stationed at Baghdad International Airport, were exposed on Wednesday to an attack with three Katyusha missiles .

Correspondent of the Lebanese “Al-Nahda News” website quoted Iraqi sources in Baghdad as saying “the airport was bombed by three Katyusha rockets, which hit the wing where the American forces are camping in the airport.”

The sirens sounded after the missiles fell at the airport, while no injuries or damages were reported as a result of the bombing.
