3 cases of COVID-19 recorded in Lahj

LAHJ, May 6 (YPA) – The number of confirmed cases of the novel Corona virus known as “COVID-19” has increased to 25 in areas under Saudi-led coalition’s control in Yemen, after recording first three cases in Lahj province, including one death case.

“The new cases were registered in Lahj, and another new case in Aden province, bringing the total cases to 25,” said Hadi government’s higher committee to confront Corona epidemic in a tweet on Twitter.

The committee confirmed the death of the Corona-infected case in Taiz province, and one case in Lahj, bringing the total deaths to 5.
