Brazil: Number of people infected with Corona virus exceeds 100,000

SANAA, May 4 (YPA) – Brazilian Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that 4,588 new cases of Corona virus registered in Brazil and 275 deaths during the past 24 hours, which brings the total confirmed cases of the virus in the country to more than 100,000 people.

The registered number of cases of the virus was 101147, while the total number of deaths reached 7,025.

The ministry said that the number of cases increased by 5% on Sunday from the previous day, while the increase in the number of deaths was 4%.
