80 kg of hashish seized in Haradh district of Hajjah

HAJJAH, May 1 (YPA) – The security services in Haradh district of Hajjah province on Thursday seized 80 kilograms of narcotic hashish while were being smuggled to Saudi Arabia.

A security source in Hajjah said that 30 kilograms of hashish was seized in the possession of smugglers in Mazraq area, and 50 kilograms in the possession of a smuggler in Shaab area while trying to smuggle them into Saudi territory.

The source added that the hashish seizure was carried out in cooperation with the popular committees.
