Angry protests close many streets of Aden
ADEN, April 24 (YPA) – Protesters on Friday closed many of main streets in Aden province to protest against the lack of electricity.
Local sources in Aden told Yemen Press Agency that protesters burned tires in the main streets of Aden, the most prominent of which is the main street in Al-Mualla district.
The sources indicated that the protesters expressed their deep anger over the deterioration of the electricity services for their city a few days ago.
The protesters demanded the engineer, Mohamed Anani, the Minister of Electricity in the “Hadi government” to quickly submit his resignation.
