Meeting in Sanaa discusses awareness-raising measures to face epidemics

SANAA, April 19 (YPA) – A meeting was held in Sanaa on Sunday, including the Supreme Political Council’s member Ahmed al-Rahwi, the Parliament Speaker Yahya Ali al-Ra’i and the Parliamentary Committee to follow up implementation of the council’s recommendations on confronting Corona virus.

The meeting was devoted to discuss awareness-raising measures to confront diseases and epidemics and some of the negative issues and phenomena that threaten the Yemeni people in light of the continued aggression and blockade for more than five years.

A number of scientific researches related to contemporary issues in the Yemeni society provided by a number of researchers and academics at Sanaa University were reviewed during the meeting.
