MARIB, Apri 1 (YPA) – A military leader in ranks of Islah Party (Yemeni Branch of Muslim Brotherhood) on Tuesday launched a verbal attack on the new leader, Saghir Bin Aziz, who was recently appointed as chief of staff of the in Saudi-led coalition backed government
“I was not convinced of the appointment of Saghir Bin Aziz as chief of staff,” Al-Okimi said in a tweet.
Al-Okimi added that it was the UAE that imposed him and lobbied for his appointment to the post.
He wrote to Ben Aziz by saying: money plays with great men”, referring to the payment that Bin Aziz received from the UAE to implement their agenda.
In another tweet, al-Okimi admitted that the Yemeni army and popular committees liberated the Albanta camp and the Al-Marazeq Front from coalition control.
