Murad tribes withdraw their fighters from coalition ranks in Marib

MARIB, March 31 (YPA) – Tribesmen of Murad tribe in Marib province on Tuesday announced, in a strongly worded statement directed to Saudi-led coalition countries, their withdrawal from the fighting in the ranks of the coalition forces.

The move came against the backdrop of deliberately insulting the tribesmen by the coalition and attempting to assassinate the tribe’s sons, according to tribal sources.

Sheikhs of Murad tribe stressed, in their recent meeting at the house of Sheikh Dhaifallah Awadh Kaibah, the withdrawal of their fighters in ranks of the coalition forces and the defending of their tribe in al-Juba district.
