Deputy PM condemns coalition airstrikes on quarantine building in Hodeidah

SANAA, March 30 (YPA) – Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development, the chairman of the Higher Committee for Epidemic Control, Hussein Maqbouli, condemned on Monday airstrikes by the Saudi-led aggression fighter jets on the quarantine building in Hodeidah province.

Maqbouli said in a statement that targeting the quarantine center in al-Salif district of the province, is a crime against humanity, which added to the aggression crimes against the Yemeni people for five years.

He emphasized that the quarantine building in al-Salif is a civilian facility being established to carry out the precautionary measures approved by the Supreme Committee for Epidemics to provide health services within the framework of the Corona epidemic.

Maqbouli called on the free people of the international and human rights organizations to condemn and rally against the crime and its perpetrators.
