Prisoner died after being tortured in Islah-run prisons in Taiz

TAIZ, March 23 (YPA) – Medical sources said on Monday that a prisoner was killed after being tortured into one of prisons run by the Saudi-backed Islah Party militants in Taiz province.

The sources affirmed that Mujib Ahmad al-Rajhi’s body arrived on Sunday, at Al-Thawra Hospital in Taiz, revealing the torture’s traces on the dead body.

Human rights reports indicated that there are approximately 30 prisons in the governorates of Taiz and Marib have run by the Islah militants, who are using various brutal torture against kidnappers and prisoners.
