Coalition detains special forces’ personnel in Shabwa

SHABWA, March 19 (YPA) – Saudi-led coalition forces on Thursday suppressed a protest demonstration organized by a number of the coalition mercenaries in Ataq city of Shabwa province, southeast Yemen.

“The coalition forces deployed in front of the province administration building in Ataq and prevented a demonstration called for by members of the so-called “Special Security Forces” to claim their salaries, which were cut off by the coalition countries,” local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources confirmed that the coalition forces arrested a number of protesters.
