Parliament speaker calls Yemeni people to enhance steadfastness to face coalition

SANAA, March 18 (YPA) – Yemen’s parliament speaker Yahya Ali al-Raee, on Wednesday called on the Yemeni people to enhance steadfastness and the internal cohesion to confront the Saudi-led aggression coalition and its siege on Yemen.

The move came during his receiving a prize of the Russian Golden Vehicle 2020 award provided by the president of a group of the Brix Friends and the Supreme Political Council member Sultan al-Samai.

During a ceremony held to honor, al-Raee praised the Golden Vehicle Foundation and BRICS Network’s positions towards the Yemen issue and the war and siege imposed by the Saudi-led aggression on Yemen.

The prize aimed at appreciation of his parliamentary role in support for Yemen’s issue and its right to development and strategic transport across al-Hurair Road and New Eurasian Continental Bridge.

The Presidency of the Russian Federation for the BRICS 2020 and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be headed by the parliament speaker Yahya Ali al-Raee.
