4 magnitude earthquake hits southern Iran
SANAA, March 15 (YPA) – A powerful 4-magnitude earthquake rocked areas areas of Qom province, south of the capital Tehran on Saturday evening , according to Iran’s Seismological Center.
The epicenter of the tremor was 16 km from Qom, 17 km from the city of Jamkran, 23 km from the city of Kohk, at a depth of 10 km and at the convergence of longitude 50.72 and latitude 34.57 degrees.
So far, there have been no reports of casualties or damage caused by this earthquake.
