Deputy PM stresses importance of enhancing tourism’s role to back national economy

SANAA, March 12 (YPA) – Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Hussein Maqbouli on Thursday stressed the importance of enhancing tourism’s role in supporting the national economy and enhancing steadfastness to face the Saudi-led aggression coalition.

The move came during a event organized by the Tourism Ministry to mark fifth anniversary of steadfastness in the face of aggression.

Maqbouli noted the state’s keenness to achieve tourism development through national vision and building infrastructure and encouraging investments in cooperation with the private sector.

He pointed to the large correlation between tourism and a faith identity in strengthening the principles of steadfastness for confronting the aggression and its blockade imposed on Yemen.
