Quantity of spoiled goods destroyed in Dhamar

DHAMAR, March 12 (YPA) – The Customs and Oversight Office destroyed on Wednesday a quantity of damaged goods and in violation of specifications and standards in Dhamar province.

The damaged goods included quantities of tomato paste, Saudi dates, expired citric acid, and electronic cigarettes banned from impor, in addition to quantities of gum in non-airtight containers.

The destruction process was carried out based on a refusal report issued by the Office of Specifications and Metrology in Customs, Deputy Director of the Customs and Oversight Office said.
