President issues new decision SANAA, March 11 (YPA) - The president issued on Wednesday a decision number (27) to establish the Higher Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation. The decision included (38) distributed articles. The last article stipulated that this decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance and to be published in the Official Gazette.
