Yemen’s air defenses foil coalition fighter jets in Jawf

SANAA, March 2 (YPA) – The Yemeni army’s air defenses were able on Monday to confront the combat formation carried out by the Saudi-led aggression coalition fighter jets in Jawf province.

The armed forces spokesman, Yahya Sarie, said in a statement that surface-to-air missiles, Fater 1, confronted and forced the aggression fighter jets to leave the sky of the province.

Sarie affirmed that the Yemeni armed forces would continue to defend Yemen and its sovereignty, as well as deterring all attempts by the enemies to target the Yemeni people.
