Turkish plane shot down over Syrian Idlib countryside

SANAA, March 1 (YPA) – Syrian air defenses on Sunday managed to shoot down a Turkish drone aircraft over Saraqep in the southeast Idlib countryside.

The Syrian “Al-Ekhbariya TV” channel confirmed the downing of a drone belonging to the Turkish regime.

The channel revealed that the Turkish plane, which was shot down, is considered one of the most powerful planes and it is of “Phoenix” type and that its price reaches more than five million dollars.
